All The Mistakes I’ve Made During My First Year As A Vegan

I’ve been vegan for a year and 3 months and I wanted to reflect on my vegan journey.  When I travel for work so many people tell me how I’ve inspired them to go vegan and they are working on their transition by cutting out most meats and eating seafood. I’ve also talked with moms on Instagram who really want to raise their children as vegan but aren’t sure how to do it.  I’ve created a healthy living workbook that discusses how to make the transition to eating a plant based diet.

For me, transitioning to vegan hasn’t been the most difficult experience but to be completely honest I’ve made mistakes.  Do I miss meat? Yes. Have I eaten meat? No.  Do I still eat things that aren’t vegan?… now if I tell you everything you want to know right here in this post what reason will you have to watch the video that I made for you?

    Thank you for your transparency. We learn as we go. I too, am vegan and have made many mistakes on my journey. It has taken me 12 years to get where I am and I still crave cheese…ugh! LOL…you’re doing great, Jenell…thank you as always for sharing.
