Welp… Hard work is definitely paying off. Running has drastically effected my thighs and hips. Note to self: don’t stop running! *I’m 5’5″* My current goals are to get my body fat down to 20-25% (hoping to do this during this year), fit into a size 6 (currently size 12), Run a 10k and to weigh 185 by my 30th birthday on March 6!

Go Jenell! You lost so many inches. I just started working out about 2 weeks ago. So far I’m only walking 30 minutes and doing Pilates 30 minutes. I’m trying to work my way up to running eventually and completing this insane total body workout by Anowa Adjah. Have you heard of her? If not, you should look her up. You both offer great motivation!

I feel like I have hit such a rock with getting back into shape. I start off good for a couple of days and then I lose track or get too busy with school and the baby and forget to eat or pack good food. Any suggestions ?

You really have to find the motivation to keep going. Small results are results and slow progress is progress. So you can’t keep falling off because things are slow. No one is going to be able to find your motivation for you. You have to really buckle down and think about why this is important to you. One thing that keeps me going is my results. Im literally addicted to my results. Every ounce I lose Im motivated to lose more. Every minute I run, Im motivated to run another minute. Every weight that I lift, I’m motivated to lift more. When I eat well, Im motivated to eat well another day. You have to find what it is that makes this important to you and DO IT.

Meal prep is very helpful. Meal planning is very helpful.
