Fruit Medley Green Smoothie

green smoothieRecipe makes 3 (16 oz) servings
4 handfuls spinach
3 cups water
3 cups frozen fruit medley (I get this from BJs)
2 bananas
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional for protein)

    hey Jenelle do you think it’s ok to substitute V8 juice for veg in smoothies?

      Nope. Its not the same. Make your smoothies so that you know and control what goes into it.
