Good Food & Good Wine + How To Keep Wine Fresh For Weeks

Thank you zzysh® for sponsoring this post!

It’s no secret that my family and I love to eat out. We dine at a local restaurant an average of 1.5 times a week. As vegans you’d probably think eating out is difficult but if you’re willing to do the research on yelp, instagram and google you’ll discover that vegans can eat in many restaurants. Did you know many restaurants even let you bring in your own wine if they don’t have a bar in house? Yasssss! And I’ve got a great tool to share with you that you can use extended the life-span of a wine bottle after it’s been opened.

Good Food

What is it about Thai food that my family and I just can’t get enough of? I crave Thai food. It’s like a drug that I just can’t stop desiring. We recently visited Tum Thai Cuisine in Rockville, Center (Long Island, NY) and the food was finger licking good. I also indulged in a delicious plum wine.

Plum Wine?

I hadn’t heard about plum wine until I stated frequenting thai spots. I fell in love with it because it’s much sweeter than wine made from grapes. It’s traditionally made from rice wine or white alcohol and you can drink it over ice, or in any number of cocktails. I typically drink 1-2 glasses of wine with my meal and I’m left with a lot of wine that I don’t plan on drinking right away. So what do you do with your favorite wine when you have half a bottle left? You get a zzysh®. zzysh® is a revolutionary wine and sparkling wine preservation system, one for wine and one for sparkling wine to keep a bottle’s natural taste, smell and quality after it is opened. Not just for a day, but for weeks! If you want your favorite wine to taste as good as it did the day it was opened weeks later, get yourself a zzysh®-stat! Save 20% with code getyourzzysh

The unique technology replaces the air in the wine bottle or pressurizes it, if it’s sparkling wine. This with a highly pure protective atmosphere consisting of argon for wine or a mixture of argon and carbon dioxide for sparkling wine. In combination with the stopper, this works to protect the wine and sparkling wine from oxidation, ensuring flavor, taste, fizz and color are all retained.

This is legit some new age stuff that has me mind blown! But there’s nothing more I hate than wasting a good bottle of wine.

Girl….I’d be lucky if my wine lasts a couple days! This is great for even if you want your wine to lasts a few days. I’ve heard about gadgets like this and need to invest in one.

I’ve never had wine last that long, but this looks like a great gadget to have! I think it would make a good house warming gift for someone. A bottle of wine, this gadget and a wedge of fancy cheese or pretty glasses…perfect gift!

I have never had plum wine before but now I am obsessed with trying it out. I have never even heard it before but it sounds perfect for me! I love red wine anyway so it is a good thing for me to try next.

Oh my, well done Jenell, it’s not even 10 Am and I’m ready for lunch. Food looks beyond divine. I’ve never heard of or tried plum wine, but it sounds delightful. I’ll keep an eye out.

I’ve never heard of plum wine but now I’m intrigued. I usually like a sweet wine instead of a dry wine. I will definitely have to try it!

Plum wine sounds absolutely amazing…even more so that it stays fresh longer. I have not yet tried it but you know I will. I can not wait to share it with my friends after work.
