Green Smoothie for the Road

I take a green smoothie on the road with me all the time. Too many temptations in these streets!

Recipe
2 bananas, 1 peach, 1 chobani strawberry banana yogurt, 1/2C milk (use any type you like), 1TBSP peanut butter (reduced fat), 2C water (thins it out), 3C Spinach (I use a lot!). Blend! Makes 2 servings.

    I try to do a smoothie everyday but if not I do a protein shake. My shake that I been drinking lately is 2 cups of coconut water, 2 cup of strawberry, 1/2 of a pineapple a cup of orange juice which is very good. I follow fully raw Kristina channel in which she ear raw.

    Hey Jenell, it’s a good way to stay away from temptations! I’ve got my Lemon juice with me everyday for my Immune Support!
