I take a green smoothie on the road with me all the time. Too many temptations in these streets!
2 bananas, 1 peach, 1 chobani strawberry banana yogurt, 1/2C milk (use any type you like), 1TBSP peanut butter (reduced fat), 2C water (thins it out), 3C Spinach (I use a lot!). Blend! Makes 2 servings.
