Green Smoothies for WeightLoss

Hey loves! I have been drinking green smoothies for a few years now and I really love them because they keep me accountable when it comes to consuming all my fruits and veggies for the day. I usually use spinach, fruits, peanut butter and chia seeds and/or flaxseeds. I suggest you add a vegetable protein powder like VEGA if you’re not feeling satisfied when drinking green smoothies.
