Food is so important in your fitness journey because what you eat fuels your body. Your body processes healthy foods easier and faster which makes for good digestion and calorie burn. Eat more of the healthy and less of the not so healthy this weekend. A few small changes like–more water. No soda. A green smoothie. A big salad.–can make the world of a difference.
