I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I’ve learned a great deal about the health benefits of the Vegan diet and how Veganism supports a healthy weight, high energy, and fat burning power. This breakfast option isn’t anything new, but I normally only top my oatmeal with raisins and this time I took it up a notch with a few other garnishing.
1 cup oatmeal cooked in water only, no milk
2 tbsp raisins
1 banana, cut up
1 tbsp flaxseed
My 14month old daughter and 3 year old son tore up this dish!
