Florentine Flatbread

I’m a foodie. Is this a secret? I’m always cooking something and I’m always eating out. Now that I’m all fit and stuff when I eat out, it’s a little different then it used to be, but I still find ways to really enjoy myself because depriving myself of everything I enjoy just isn’t going to work. For my appetizer, instead of getting the buffalo wings with blue cheese I got the Florentine Flatbread which is less than 500 calories (if eaten alone, like I did) and its soo delicious.

Balsamic Glazed Chicken Salad

Because I indulged in the appetizer, I went for a low calorie lunch. I had the Balsamic Glazed Chicken Salad, with no croutons & I had them put the dressing on the side I also asked for a few more veggies because this was originally a caesar salad which pretty much means cheese and lettuce. I had only water to drink, which wasn’t a problem for me because I love water.  It’s all I drink at home, so going out to the restaurant was no different honestly.

    You are doing great and occasionally treat isn’t that bad. I’m like you because I am not going to deprived myself either. I haven’t lost as much as you yet but I treat myself of food that I like.
