I Stop When I’m Done

If you say you’re going to do a 1 mile walk. DO IT.

If you say you’re going to do 15min on the stair master. DO IT.

If you say you’re going to do 40 min of weight lifting or strength training. DO IT.

No stopping when you’re breathing gets deep or when the sweat begins to pour. No skipping workouts because you’re too tired. No more excuses. Only results.

No stopping until you’re done because I don’t stop until I’M DONE.

    Jenell! This is so inspiring! I know that sometimes when you post things people are rude and mean but honestly what you have taught me is that if you put in the WORK and the EFFORT you will get results. Your journey has shown me that doing something is absolutely better than nothing at all, and that if you set your mind to something, you won’t let anything stop you from reaching that goal- not even excuses.     OMG! Jenell you are amazing! This was just what I needed. I’ve been struggling with not only my weight issues, but personal issues as well (divorce). This break-up really ripped my heart in half. As I begin to heal I’m am eating better and begining to exercise more. Thanks to your tips and
    encouragement I am certain I will be successful. You look GREAT and keep up
