Jan 2015 Body Measurements

For 2015 I’ll be tracking my body fat & taking body measurements monthly in addition to my weekly Sunday Weigh Ins. This will give me a better sense of how well I’m doing on my fitness journey because as you know the scale doesn’t give a wholistic view of our health.  Earlier this month I took these measurements and will take my measurements again in 30 days.

Jan 6 Measurements

R Arm – 15″
Waist – 34.5″
Hips – 44″
R Thigh – 25″
R Calf – 16.5″
Weight – 197.7lbs
Body Fat – 33%
Height – 5’5″

My current goals are to get my body fat down to 20-25% (hoping to do this during this year), fit into a size 6 (currently size 12), Run a 10k and to weigh 185 by my 30th birthday on March 6!

Share your measurements and your goals (make them specific and put a time on it)! Don’t wait for me to get snatched and then be mad you didn’t start sooner!

    You look great!! Thanks for the motivation. I just had my 4th baby 4 months ago, and I am about to start my snatchback journey.     Thank you Jenell for motivating me to get my snatch back. Because of you I started my healthy journey January 5th. How do you set healthy weight lost goals?

      You’re so very welcome. I look at my current weight and then aim to lose 1.5lbs a week.
