Hey loves!

I’ve gotten soo many requests to share a sample of my daily meal plan. I hope this is helpful to some of you because I enjoy eating. LOL

I don’t count calories and I’m sure there are healthier options to what I’m eating. Eat at your own risk. *wink*

Breakfast

2 cups of water with a multivitamin
Mug of green tea, 2 splenda
1 cup cooked oatmeal with 3 Tbsp raisins (oatmeal cooked in water. No milk or sugar)

Morning Snack

1 cup of water

Banana

Afternoon Snack

1 cup water

chobani yogurt

Lunch

Turkey Sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, 1 slice cheese, 4 slices jerk turkey, lettuce, tomato, yellow mustard)

Handful of Lays potato chips

Evening Snack

20 oz of fresh juice (juice recipes)

Dinner

2 cups of water

    Hey, is diary ok to include in this diet?

      If you enjoy dairy, you can add it in where it makes sense. Not cheese on top of everything. Not full fat milk. Do it healthy and do it right.

    Hey!
    I’ve been doing the three day military diet the first time I lost 9pounds in three days the diet consist of only three meals a day no snacking and lost of water no exercise necessary it guarantees you can lose up to 30-40p in a month if done correctly while eating regular the other four days of course you have to stick to 1500 cal or less in order to continuing losing weight on your off days my question is is this healthy and is it a good idea to lose weight if it’s actually working or should I stop.??
