Keeping My Cool During The Madness of Summer

July 17, 2017

Thank you Teavana for sponsoring this post!

Since becoming an entrepreneur, the summer has become the busiest season of my year. I travel about 8 times between June to September which often takes a toll on my family and I. There are few things I enjoy more than hanging out with my kids and family after I get back home from a long weekend away and we usually spend lot’s of time together to make up for the time lost and the time to be lost again soon.

I wasn’t raised in the south but I love a glass of delicious sweet tea. The Teavana Lemonade Iced Teas hit the spot when the weather is hot!

Teavana Summer Lemonade Tea is refreshingly delicious with hints of pineapple, orange and white hibiscus. Oh and let me not forget to mention this is caffeine free.  When you’re drinking a glass of this tea you feel like you’re living the life – yes it’s really that good!

Gone are the days of enjoying my sweet tea alone, with tea this good everyone wants some. As soon as I bring out my tea pitcher they start asking for some.  Which is cool because there’s more than enough for me to share. We enjoy each other’s company and cool off over our cold lemonade tea.

Another one of our favorite places to cool off together is the beach. Living in NYC I come across so many people that never visit the beach, that ain’t us. We visit the beach at least once a week and I make sure to bring a tall glass of Blueberry Lemonade Herbal Iced Tea with me to keep me cool under the summer sun. The Teavana Blueberry Lemonade Herbal Iced Tea is a delicious blend of citrus flavors combined with vibrant bursts of berry to create a lush herbal infusion for our beach outings, trips to the spray park and even when we are hanging out in the yard.  Ultimately, my favorite way to chill involves a refreshing drink that I can share with the ones I love.

What are your favorite ways to keep cool this summer?

I’m a big tea drinker and just love Teavana. I drink a lot of tea on the hot summer days too…and water with lemon!

Never tried this brand before. I’m not a huge tea drinker until I travel (just because some countries don’t have great cappuccinos, haha) and then I’ll usually drink tea. Sounds like some amazing flavors this brand has though.

I’m so jealous that you got to do a sponsored post for Teavana! I’m married to an Englishman, so we’re big tea drinkers and a I love Teavana’s products. Unfortunately, they’re not available in Denmark (as far as I know), but plan on bringing some back from eh States with me when I visit in September 🙂

I drink tea around the clock. And being southern, tea seems to be the house wine of the summertime! 😉 Love the idea of tea and lemonade together…sounds delicious. Love that Teavana has a version of this…they have such wonderful teas! Lemonade can be a bit too tart for my tastebuds…cutting it with a little sweet tea sounds like the perfect solution! And the perfect way to keep cool. Your tea pitcher is so pretty, too. May I ask where you grabbed it?

Great information for keeping cool. Even here in Colorado it has been a HOT HOT HOT summer. REady for some cool fall breeze! ha! My tips are to stay hydrated and to find a pool!

I love tea and I drink it more in the summer then I do in the winter because I love a good cold glass of tea. We try to stay cool by hanging out by the pool, and we drink plenty of water too! Now I’m going to look at our local markets to see if they carry the Teavana brand! I want to try this tea now, I love tea with lemon

Always carry around a beat-up cup filled with iced tea and people that know me always ask why don’t you get a new cup? But I always tell them it’s my favorite cup that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

My husband loves sweet tea, so I’ll have to share this with him. I love your header picture. You’re gorgeous and you look so content! I wish that I had the ability to travel and take breaks so that I could better enjoy family time.

Teavana teas are best! A year or so ago, my son turned me onto their loose leaf blends and I drink them daily. A few of my favorite blends are the chai and also the roobios. I’m excited to give these you mentioned a try. I think my grandson would really enjoy the Summer Lemonade. x

You are so right about New Yorkers not visiting the beach often. I am going to NYC next month so I definitely want to see if I can make it to the beach. I never heard of this brand of tea lemonade but I love the packaging it comings in an the vibrant herbal fusion concoction that is combined to make it.

I love Teavana! They are my go-to place to pick up tea because everything I have bought there has tasted incredible! That iced tea would be so perfect for a beach day, I might have to pick some up for my next beach day!
