My dirty thirty turn up weight gain has balanced out. I started running outdoors last week because the weather in NYC has finally taken a turn. I ran 3 miles Monday, 5 miles Tuesday, strength trained for 30 min on my own on Wed, 3 miles Thursday, 3 miles on Friday and then went into the gym for a 30 min strength training session with my trainer, and then ran 4 miles on Saturday. That’s a total of 18 miles. This is a #NonScaleVictory that I’m super proud of!

Jenell you are a beautiful young lady, doing so much in running a household with a husband and 2 darling children. I have been natural for about 16 years and my daughter who is 13 has been natural all her life. I started following you to get ideas on what to use on my hair, when I don’t go to my stylists. So while I have been following you, I see that you share a lot ofyour life overall. When u started getting back in shape I would watch your videos both in the gym as well as your review on the Super Shred Diet. Well let me tell you that I had been in a slump in the last 8 months and I had gained about 30 pounds. However watching your videos inspired me to get back out there and start back working out as well as starting the Super Shred Diet. This is my 6th day of my second week and I have lost weight, my weigh in is not until Tuesday so I don’t know the total weight loss yet, however after my first week I lost 5 pounds. I thank you for inspiring me to get up and to get back out there, I feel good and I see changes already. By the way I want to get my hair cut in a tapered cut because of you. Keep up the good work girl. I like the Quest protein bars as well (cinnamon), I agree that the graham crackers with peanut butter and cinnamon is the best snack ever
