Last Week Weight: 188
Current Weight: 184.4

For the last two weeks I’ve been traveling for work and unfortunately for my diet efforts eating too far apart led me to overeat. This past week I focused on my eating and I only worked out on Friday. Looking forward to being 182 by June.

    I was wondering what you thought about this vampire fungus. Yesterday, I was watching something online about this and it seemed kind of strange. Have you heard or researched this?

        The video said that it was some kind of bacteria in your stomach that feeds off of sugars which causes you to crave them more and in turn eat more of them. This causes bloat and digestive issues. The video recommends a daily dose of probiotics. Thanks anyway…Just wondering if you heard anything about that. Maybe I will ask my doctor.
