Mommy Belly Update

11018060_1647230118855461_2876760623949542998_n-2It’s taking some time but the more I keep at it my body looks less and less like 2 babies came out of it.
I don’t do crunches at all. I focus more on core strengthening exercises (Any exercise that forces you to keep your trunk, spine and abdominals locked is a core strengthener). My favorite core exercises include running which I do a lot, kettle bell swings, dead lifts, battle ropes, dumb bell moves, planks-front and sides, squats, lunges.
