I created this food journal to track my meals, my thoughts and I have cut outs to keep me motivated.
I keep a physical food journal versus using a journal app because I don’t count calories. The apps inform you of all nutritional facts including calories and if I see how many calories I’m eating I will fixate on that and that willl consume me. I honestly can’t be bothered. Since September I’ve not counted calories I focus on choosing clean unprocessed foods, watching my portion sizes when it comes to meats and starchy foods, and eating fruits and vegetables abundantly. This works for me because I exert a lot of energy during my workouts and clean food fuels your body and digests easily.
