Let me explain, When I first started running back in 2013 I went to Finish Line and I bought a pair of Reeboks and a pair of Nikes, a pair for outdoors and one for indoor. I chose them based on comfort while running in the store. A friend of mine advised that I go to a runners store such as JackRabbitNYC and have my running evaluated because with the mileage I was putting in weekly (10-20) the improper shoe could cause me to endure an injury.

I went to JackRabbitNYC and had my running evaluated on a treadmill with cameras and it was determined that I had ankle pronation. After trying out various shoes and then running with them on this shoe eliminated the pronation and was the most comfortable (not the most pretty shoe but I’ve gotten used to it).

When I bought these Mizuno’s they were around $70-$80. My size is a 10.5 because when running you need a good amount of space in the front to support your toes. How do I feel about these shoes? I LOVE THEM!

I wear the Nike Free 5.0 for my gym and weight lifting workouts. They are flat which helps to stabilize your back.
