I had so much fun this morning working out with Equinox cardio dance expert Nicole Steen at her dance party. While Elle and Joel had breakfast, I turned on YouTube, went to the Pop Sugar Fitness channel, hit play on the 30-Minute Cardio Dance Party video and my living room was transformed. Thank God for smart TVs!
I worked up a serious sweat wining my waist and twerking it out with these ladies this morning. If you love to dance you should definitely give this a try. I’m planning on trying it again maybe tomorrow or over the weekend.
Today’s Meal Plan
Breakfast | 2 slices Food for Life Sprouted Grain Organic Bread, Cinnamon Raisin with 1 table spoon Justin’s Honey Peanut Butter. 32 oz water.
Mid morning snack | Protein shake – 1 scoop Vega Coconut Almond all in one shake with 1 cup almond milk. I just shake it up together in a blender cup and drink it usually about 2 hours after breakfast. 8-16 oz water
Lunch | 1/2 cup brown, 1 cup pinto beans. 32 oz water.
Snack | 1 cup seedless grapes and maybe a bottle of diet raspberry Snapple Tea
Dinner| 1 cup brown rice and grilled shish kebab with mushroom (photo at top of page). 16 oz water.
Snack | 1 cup Boom Chicka Pop Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Pop Corn
