Oh How I Love Flaxseeds!

Flaxseeds are high in fiber making them a great addition to your eat clean diet because 1tbsp helps to make your meals more filling. I add them to my green smoothies, oatmeal, soups and sprinkle on salads. There are much more health benefits to flaxseeds then just helping to fill up your belly (vitamins and minerals, Phytochemicals, and Omega-3 fatty acids), but from a diet perspective it’s the one benefit that makes my tummy happy when I’m really hungry.  Read some benefits here, here and here.
