Pinto Beans and Veggies | Vegan Friendly Meal

veggies and pinto beansI’m not vegan, but I find myself eating many vegan meals, especially for dinner. For this meal, I’m having steamed California blend veggies (my favorite) and Pinto Beans. I steamed the veggies in olive oil and Mrs Dash seasoning. I cooked the pinto beans in olive oil, minced onion and Mrs Dash seasonings.

    Jenell, what is the recipe for the pinto beans? I need some recipe ideas for now I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes!!

      I warmed olive oil in the pan. Added the can of drained Pinto beans to the hot oil. Sprinkled Ms Dash seasoning on the beans and mixed every few minutes. Easy Peasy. I pray you get your diabetes under control and with good eating and exercise you are able to cure yourself. Let me know if you need anymore help.
