The pic on left was exactly 3 days before I gave birth to my baby girl, Elle who is my 2nd child. I was 280lbs when I checked into the hospital on Feb 5, 2014. The picture in the middle was 7 months later at about 235lbs. Sorry that my face is blocked, at that time I was very nervous about taking body pics like this and honestly wasn’t even sure id ever share them online so openly like I do now, thus my face is covered. Now we fast forward 5 months since the middle pic and 12 months since the first pic and my GOD… LOOK AT ME. No abs but this is a real stomach of a woman who has had two kids and has never done a single crunch.
I know you all have a ton of questions and I’ll do my best to answer a few. I’m 29, 5’5″, I’ve been working out 5 days a week since Sept, I run a lot, now I’m doing about 60-80 miles a MONTH. I lift weights about 2 days a week and I strength train about 2 days a week. I have over 80 workout videos on my @healthyJenell IG PAGE, many workouts include weights and strength training exercises.
As far as food, I don’t count calories but I focus on portion control, eating frequently to satisfy hunger and to keep my metabolism high. I drink green smoothies, drink Kombucha green tea a few days a week to detox, and I eat veggies like they are going out of style.
