Stay dedicated, it’s not going to happen over night. Wake up everyday and tell yourself I can do this!
Also tell people about your fitness goals, by sharing your plans with friends, family, FB friends, IG friends, etc., you keep yourself accountable and excited because others are watching you.
Set “Non Scale Victory” goals (workout 5 days, eat more fruit, no ice cream this week, walk miles) and then SLAUGHTER them!
I know you can do this. Because I did it.
