Stay dedicated, it’s not going to happen over night. Wake up everyday and tell yourself I can do this!

Also tell people about your fitness goals, by sharing your plans with friends, family, FB friends, IG friends, etc., you keep yourself accountable and excited because others are watching you.

Set “Non Scale Victory” goals (workout 5 days, eat more fruit, no ice cream this week, walk miles) and then SLAUGHTER them!

I know you can do this. Because I did it.

    Hello I was wondering did you have regular birth because, I had two C- session and you said you didn’t do any core workout and your abs look fabulous how would I be able to lose my love handles and I command you on your success maybe it had a lot to do with what you ate I walk on the treadmill for 4 5 mins on a inclined of 3-6 at home and I’ve been watching your videos and I love lifting weights because believe me I need help for all over arms,legs,abs what would be the best to target those areas I love weight lifting, stability ball, kettlebell, resistant bands, and my favorite is ZUMBA can you recommend something to me regarding these things thanks
