Staying Focused & Healthy This Summer

I’m human and eating right and working out isn’t always easy, but this summer I’ve found focus in the midst of all the ice cream, hamburgers, hot dogs, and celebratory cake.

    Jenell, this video was so inspirational as well as motivating! I’ve started to meditate every morning for at least twenty minutes as soon as I rise. It prepares and helps me focus for my day. To assist me in this practice I am reading the book by Russell Simmons “Success through Stillness.” Try it.
