Strawberry Mango Banana Protein Green Smoothie

STRAWBERRY MANGO BANANA PROTEIN GREEN SMOOTHIE
This Recipe makes about 40 oz, I had 24oz as breakfast and had the remaining 16 oz after the gym as a post workout. To keep your green smoothies fresh, you can store them in glass mason jars and then refrigerate.  They will stay fresh for about 72 hours. Just shake it up before you drink it.

Recipe
2 handfuls spinach
1 banana
2.5 cups water
1.5 cup frozen mango
1cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter/nut butter
1 scoop Vega protein powder (or any vegetable based protein powder)

    What does the peanut butter do for the smoothie? Can you taste it or does it just make it creamier? I drink smoothies almost daily but I’ve afraid to add the peanut butter!
