Hey Loves! I was asked to review the Super Shred Diet by Dr Ian Smith and I really hope that I didnt ramble too much. Ive never done a book review and I have to be honest, I had no idea how to organize my thoughts to give the most information. LOL Forgive me.

    Hello lady. .I lost 5 pounds in the 1st week and 2 pounds in the 2nd. Working on week 3..I love the book
