Your Mind is Holding you Back

It’s not your body that’s holding you back. It’s your mind. Our bodies can handle anything we put it through. We are powerful. But we have to want this so bad that our minds don’t hold us back. The hardest part is putting on your workout clothes. I wake up M-F and the first thing I do is put on my workout clothes. Brush my teeth. And get my babies ready. We eat and head out to the gym. It’s an automatic part of our lives and this keeps me focused on my goal. My head is in the game 10000%!

In July I was in the 240s. Now I weigh 194. I’m 29, 5’5″, I have two kids (3yr old & 11 month old), I work out M-F, 60-90min cardio AND 30-60 min strength training, weight lifting and personal training, I run 15-20 miles a week and I diet as best as I can.

If you are in need of motivation, you may be interested in my DietBet challenge that I’m hosting.  It starts on Tues Feb 3, and ends on March 3.  The pot is at $700.  Visit here for more meets.

You are so right! I have been trying to wrap my brain around how I would fit in working out and keep up with dieting for years, YEARS! I finally got my act together and I have been on a healthy track with eating and exercise for a month now. I feel better, have such energy, my mind is clearer and it isn’t as hard as I thought. I changed my mind and now it’s changing my world.
